1- All the purchases that you have purchased from Al-Arbash Gold and Diamonds, before they leave Al-Arbash, and for shipping to the customer, during the shipping process, and upon receipt by the customer (buyer), will have cards or stickers specific to Al-Arbash Gold and Diamonds on them, and on each piece of jewelry (ring, bracelet, necklace, earring, pendant, chain, rein, etc.), and this is considered approval and information to the buyer before completing the purchase process, and once any of these cards or stickers are cut, damaged, or tampered with, the replacement policy is considered void for this transaction and for all purchases in it.
2- *If you received an incorrect product, or the product you received was damaged or defective, or if you simply wish to replace the product for any reason, you can return the product within one day and replace the product(s) by reshipping it within a day calculated from the date of your receipt of the product and documented in the receipt papers at the shipping company and you can do this by (requesting a return of the product / payments) on our website.
3- Return only in case of a manufacturing defect and replacement within one day only after the buyer receives the shipment, provided that the customer bears the shipping costs for the replacement for the return and return. We will not accept any replacements that Al-Arbash Gold has decided and seen that there is one or more reasons that prevent their replacement. *None of the products to be returned to us must have been used and no Al-Arbash Gold cards or stickers must have been removed from them, and they must be in the same condition in which they were received, and they must be in their original condition free of scratches and fractures and no type of maintenance has been done to them such as enlarging or reducing the size, and their original box or cover is intact, in addition to bringing and presenting the original invoice.
4- * In the event of a replacement, your new purchases must be of the same value as the replaced parts or more, provided that the number of replacements allowed by Al-Arbash is only one time, and the replacement process will not be counted if there are any technical manufacturing defects or modifications to the purchased parts or in the event that parts are sent from Al-Arbash to the buyer that were not agreed upon.
5- In the event that the customer ships purchases to Al-Arbash, for the purpose of exchange, and we find any of the reasons that cancel the exchange process (mentioned above) or other reasons not mentioned that were caused by the buyer, they will be reshipped to the customer again after notifying him of that.
6- Once we have completed examining the returns and approved their return, the (credit broker) will be notified to return the price you paid for this product (these products) to the account paid by Al-Arbash, excluding applicable taxes or import fees, if any, and initial delivery fees.
7- The amount will not be returned in cash to the customer by Al-Arbash for health reasons, and any purchases that have part of them penetrated a body part such as the throat and the crisis (nose, navel, lips).....etc. will not be replaced.
8- In case the order is cancelled before shipping, all costs will be deducted from an administrative fee of 2% of the order value, in addition to deducting the payment method fees (Tabby, Tamara, Spoti - Mada - Visa - Apple Pay) of 2.5% of the order value + 1 riyal + tax on this amount, and the amount will be returned within 14 working days.
9 - In the event of an error in the pricing of the product, the store management has the right to cancel the order without referring to the customer and return the full amount to the customer.
10 - If the product is not available in stock, the order will be cancelled without referring to the customer, and the full amount will be returned to the customer.
11- Upon receiving the product, make sure of the required size immediately. If a different size is received, you can contact customer service directly for replacement within only one day after the buyer receives the shipment.
12- Al-Arbash Gold is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of shipments during holidays and seasons.
13- The falling of the lobes and stones does not give the customer the right to exchange or return.
14- The replacement period begins as soon as the item is made available for delivery by the shipping company, whether by its arrival at the shipping company branch or an attempt to deliver it by the representative. Delay in receiving the item by the customer does not allow the customer to extend the return and replacement period.
15- Fixed replacement costs are calculated at 70 riyals.
14- In the event that the provisions of the aforementioned replacement policy are met, the consumer has the right to replace the product by delivering the product to one of the SMSA branches, and the replaced product will be sent within a maximum period of 14 working days from receiving the product at the Al-Arbash Gold headquarters.
15- Cash on delivery requires a bank transfer deposit of 300 riyals. If the order is received, the deposit will be returned to the customer via bank transfer. However, if the order is not received, the deposit will not be returned.
16- Any product that has penetrated the skin, such as nose, navel or ear rings, cannot be replaced or returned.
17 - The exchange process is only done through coordination with the online store, and the exchange service is not available through Al-Arbash showrooms.
18- If an order is submitted and the customer wishes to cancel it for any reason, the deposit will not be returned.
